A little on Vikki Kelly ....

Vikki Kelly started as a CA while on a working holiday in Queensland, Australia in 1987. Upon returning home to Melbourne, Vikki went to work for a Chiropractor. It wasn't until a number of months into her position that she began to realise the magnitude of possibilities as a C.A. She attended many seminars, the most profound of which at the time was a speaker by the name of Dr Guy Reikeman. It was at that point that Vikki pursued a career in Chiropractic and invested hours and hours studying how to be the best and most effective she could be. She studied Chiropractic philosophy, health and healing, communication and language, marketing and business management.

Vikki had the amazing opportunity to work with Ngaire Cannon, who gifted her with wisdom that only experience can bring and challenged Vikki to grow and expand her level of thinking and increased her level of performance across all areas of her life. Vikki became a CA trainer and consultant and further developed her ideas, and broadened the scope of the Chiropractic Assistant.

Vikki has also worked with a number of other Chiropractic management groups and facilitated her own CA training programs.Her simple step by step approach in areas of business management and growth, increasing the performance of your team, and problem solving strategies have brought great results for a range of individuals including health professionals, students, the corporate sector and a wide range of executives looking for the 'edge' in business.
